When I click on the icon for game 235, I am asked to choose between "Ask Friends" or "Buy 12" and I click on "Buy 12." Then, 12 Gold Bars are deducted from my account. I click on game 235 and I am again asked "Ask Friends" or "Buy 12." This continues to repeat itself and I have lost 72 Gold Bars and cannot play game 235 (or any other games). How can this be fixed so that I can continue to play Candy Crush AND not lose any more Gold Bars.

Besides following above troubleshooting tips please go to the settings of your game and contact player support, purchase and gold bars and claim your refunds. I hope that your gold bars can be refunded. You may also contact them by below link.

Understood that you've lost 72 gold bars on adding lives to continue playing but the lives were not credited to your account. Other than performing the troubleshooting methods as suggested by many, I strongly advise that you refer to Ms Diamond Lim's suggestion i.e. to contact the King's Support Team.
