restarted my game

I had already spent $2.98 to buy items to help me finish level 3806 and was trying to buy the $9.99 package which would have allowed me to win when the game kicked me off the page and restarted my game. Anything you can do for me?

@MaryFrattaroli Hi and welcome, unfortunately regarding the game and level there is nothing that can be done, but you could contact customer support from your game and explain how your first purchase was not correct due to you being kicked off the level and they may help you with this.

Very sorry about this but since you are out of the level nothing can be done. The only way is now to replay the level. So please check some helpful tips below to clear this level.

• Objectives: Break all jellies
• Objectives: Collect the ingredients
• Moves: 20
• Target Score: 92000 Points.
• Ingredients: 4
• Difficulty: Hard

You need to break the jellies and for it you could play more from where more candies are available to play. Or play from bottom to shuffle and move candies everywhere. That could help you to break candies automatically and will give chance to make special candy by mixing more same color candies. You could play with remaining jelly candy to break them instead of wasting moves or to ingredients to move them and take them out from the board. You could use more special candy to reach the 92000 score. You could get some more help or technique by playing walkthrough video that is below.
