Apologies are not enough, the glitch was just not in the semi final rounds, the whole thing was a glitch and a money grabbing exercise, and the fact so many people are telling you, you do nothing to rectify it, oh wait, you have made mega money from this. People gave up their time, days off, family’s, to play this. If you didn’t realise we are all going through a massive pandemic and this was an escape for many, and many people have been mugged off. Refund everyone!!! and apologise properly and stop pretending.

Coopsj I lost faith in King and would not believe anything they say. As other finalists pointed out, it was a fix and the results were rigged.

WESTIE004 I cannot believe this. I think you should complain to King. The whole saga made every one who received a message from King saying they made to it to the next round (final round) last Thur and received another message saying they were not qualified to play in the final on Monday very ballistic.

I Complained because samething happened to me. I actually screenshot all my games after I won saying I've qualified. All of them from the 17 of September. I wrote to them sent them all the picture's but they didn't give a damn all they keep saying was they have given 50 gold bars a month to make up for it. Im sorry this is not good enough! Its all a fix.

It was a standard reply that says nothing. It is common for second rate companies to do this when they have no intention of taking your complaint seriously. The answer of course is not to give them any more custom and to post a negative review online.

That was it! Did not answer any of my questions or give any explanations, Basically here is 25 gold bars, now shut up an go away!! Nothing to worry about! Lol! Wow! Am totally stunned to be honest! The semi final SHOULD have been rerun, SORRY isn't good enough, but King isn’t listening! As Von_3 says “The answer of course is not to give them any more custom and to post a negative review online”.

This game is such a con. Went to play the game and no reward for F5. Team was on 6500+ points and with new levels today other players would have got us to 7000. Some of us have to work and can’t play games all day. Got a new team now and we’re on zero points. Get in the bin king with your greed
