i'm looking to play my game but i was at a higher level then (1)

i think i was in the 500s

how do i get back where i left off?

@CatherineJ1 Hi and welcome, Please see post below for help with getting your levels restored, but firstly check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in. Try playing a level and see if it sync's to server correctly
