Help Iv lost all my levels and rewards after upgrading my IPad

Just upgraded my iPad done a full back up, but now I’ve lost all my levels and rewards. Please can you help me restore back?

@Avenes , Hi and welcome .Please see post below for help getting you levels restored. Unfortunately any boosters or lives you had are stored on the device itself. So if they are lost due to reinstalling or change of device etc they are lost and unrecoverable. Unless you had any unused purchase boosters then contact customer support from your game and they should help you with this

Hello @Avenes and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! The instructions above will restore your levels. However for future reference, since you are using an Apple device (I do too), if you first back-up your old device to the iCloud and then use the iCloud to transfer your information to the new device - you may be able to transfer your saved boosters to the new device. I was able to successfully do this for both an iPhone and a new mini iPad.

Now that you have found the community - I encourage you to stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
