Server connection problem

I am unable to connect to App. Store and I get server connection issues via King email. I have cleared Cache in Google Play store and Google services. Still nothing!

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

Please follow the steps below.

1. Open your device's Settings app .
2. Tap Apps & notifications. See all apps.
3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store .
4. Tap Storage. Clear Cache.
5. Next, tap Clear data.

If you have the same problem after doing this, you should try to find a solution by reinstalling the game app.(You will lose all stored boosters for app reinstall.)
