Changing devices, went to update progress but got a message saying email was not recognised even though we know we used it. Then made the error of changing password in case that was the problem. Now nothing seems to work and we are wondering if there is absolutely any way to get the 800+ lives back, please say this can be got back, tried all hints and tips but no luck, gutted. Thank you for taking time to read.
@kezza123 Hi and welcome. Create a new game / account and post the ID of this account and the level you were on. I will ask the CM if he can manually restore your levels for you. Please make sure you use the correct email address. how to get your game ID below
