No historical Score on new Ipone with the same username
Hello,
I want to transpas my score from my old cel Iphone 6s to my new cel Iphone X.
On my old cel I am registred with account were my score are saved - Level 381.
Now when I instal the app on my new cel and login with my account the score do not appear, and the game start at level 1.
Can you help me?

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
