My level changed down to 3. Where did my game go?

Hello @Veraeileen and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. What you are describing sounds like you are no longer signed into your game, if you play via FB or King.com (which is recommended so that your progress will be saved on the King servers). This can happen if your game is temporarily cut-off from the internet which can happen if there is a temporary drop or loss of signal. Go ahead and clear your cache, make sure you have the latest version of the game and restart your platform you are playing on, making sure it is turned off for at least 10-15 seconds.

If this still doesn't help, you might try resetting your router.

@Veraeileen Hi and welcome, Do you mean you have lost your levels. If so please see post below for help on getting them restored. If it is a different query can you explain a little more

I don’t have my family and friends on my game anymore. Total strangers. I see I am back in the 3,000 plus but I was further along then the one I just found. I want the site back that had a photo of me with daffodil in the background. Not sure where to sign in, either Facebook or email. Perhaps I will just call it a day. Thanks.
