A screenshot alone by itself does not want to post.

If you add some text along with your screenshot/meme/picture or post more than one item then you do not receive the red error message.

No problem with lives. Just have friends in Facebook who plays candir crush. If you have 10 friends and each gives you a live you have 10 lives. Do it twice and you have 20 lives.

There are other ways if you are interested.
