can not get lives oe messages. keep saying no internet connection please help. i have install and reinstall numious time and still can't get lives or mrssages

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

This error message appears of several reasons and is very complex so we have no general fix for this I'm afraid.
If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.

@Jaluca Hi and welcome, Is this the error your receiving. IF this is the case the only fix for this at present is to uninstall and reinstall the game. Unfortunately If this is a mobile device you will lose any stored boosters and lives

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
