Hello,
Used ID 128848739, I’m based in the UK, player level 77 and game level 4512. No matter what I do, I do not get the tournament notification.
I don’t want to miss out, please help!

@pamelabars Hi and welcome , unfortunately if you have done all the troubleshooting tips the only people that can help you now are customer support you can can tact them from your game app or the contact us below. You need your game ID for second option

Edited out still few days left in the qualifying.
But there is no harm in checking with player support as mentioned above.

Not seen the event?
Please note, that the event will be available to all players based in the UK above level 25.
If still still not able to see the event:
- Play a Candy level from the Saga Map (you don’t have to win)
- Close the game completely
- Re-open it
This should trigger the activation of All Stars. It might take a little while, but it should arrive.

Tried absolutely everything but no event at all ☹️
iOS and app are updated, I’m based in the UK and well above level 25.
thank you everyone for your help, I have contacted support via the link, hopefully they’ll get back to me soon and fix the issue.
So disappointing I can’t join the tournament as I am am a big fan of the game and been playing for years 😭

@pamelabars Hi there are 4 or 5 days left of qualifying so wish you all the best in getting into the tournament. Strange as the first thing that activated the tournament for me was my iphone, took a while for me to get on windows 10 app. Have you tried different device

Double checked and the Country indicated below my name is United Kingdom, I play on 2 iPhones and don’t get the tournament on either! Don’t have Facebook but I have a King account to save the game.
looks like I’m just unlucky 😅

would like the option to opt out of all stars as find it a bit annoying having icons popping up.

@pamelabars I am the same. I didn’t realise it was a separate event as it doesn’t show so just been playing like norma. Then looked in to it and saw it had to be the in-app event to join the tournament.
I have done everything all the advice says. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Played a level and forced closed. Tried on different devices. Logged out of Facebook and back in. Nothing.
Have struggled to find anywhere to actually speak to someone who doesn’t just relink me to the tournament information. I’m on level 3653 so a shame that as a long term player I can’t take part because of a glitch.

Support replied to my email with a guide on what to do when you complete all levels and await for new ones, not exactly what I asked so I replied again with my query 😅
