@CookieKirby Hi and welcome, Try disconnecting from facebook and then the game and then connect to facebook and then the game and see if this improves your situation. If not try uninstalling both apps and reinstalling them. as you are playing windows 10 app everything should be sync to kings servers

Yes there was this facebook issue around 2 weeks ago. But it has been fixed now so please try to log out and update your game application alongwith your windows latest version. And login again and see if it improves your case.
