That's it, I'm done with King.com and their complete lack of Customer Care.
No matter which email address I send messages and replies to I get nothing but messages from people asking for more information (most of which I've already supplied) and then emails saying I haven't replied!
If they're that determined to do nothing about the issue, then I'm done. I've had two weeks of being fobbed-off and ignored and I'm not bothering waste my time contacting a company that is determined to frustrate and anger customers.
Thanks for all the replies on here - at least the community is more interested in problems than King.com can be bothered to be
