Please exit the game, disconnect your device from the internet, wait for a while, then reconnect back your device. Enter the game and check your gold bars.
If you have a PC, pls also log in the game via Facebook and check whether the gold bars are there.
If still not there, pls contact the support center as suggested by Mr Werner and Ms Mary Kay above.

Because Without Connect Account and With Connect Account cannot be transferred gold bars and boosters (also shown different Game ID) when you login on Facebook or King Account.

@shazlin200 Hi and welcome, I am sorry to her this has happened to you , but the community does not deal with gold bar issues.
You will need to contact customer support from your game settings is easiest as it contains all your game information. just click on cog wheel and then question mark. or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you will need your Game ID for this
