@Pepsi1030 Hi and welcome, A few people have reported this and one of our superstars has mentioned about making sure you device version is on 14.0.1 i believe. as app the software version 14.0.0 had a few problems and this may be causing this problem. He uses an ipad and has no problem with purchases on that version Let us know if you have the latest version and if it still exists

Hello @Pepsi1030 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. As mentioned above a few other people have reported the same problem, some were playing on iPads but Apple devices nevertheless. I play on both an iPhone and mini iPad. I have had no problem making purchases and i fact made one yesterday. I'm not sure why some people are having this problem and others aren't. I suggested making sure you have the latest IOS update 14.0.1. However one person said it didn't help. Also someone said they contacted Apple and was told it is not on Apple's end. I have reported this to the CMs since several people have reported this issue and we will see what the studio says.
