Good evening

Can you help me with my propblem.

I play candy crush saga . I played also candy diamonds but I stopped with that game. For that game I had selected new picture.

Now sometimes I see the "normal" pucture snd sometimes the new one. It is also not possible to synchronise the game on my devices. I have to log out and sign in. Then I get te problems with the pictures and i don't see my facebook friends.

I tried everything but I can't recover it.

What do you mean by you sometimes see the normal picture and sometimes the new one?

Could you post a screen shot of this so we can see what exactly you refer to?

I can't find the pictures but I can describe them.

I always played candy crush with the picture what shows only the head of my dog.

When I started diamonds I used the picture what shows the whole dog. Now candy crush use both pictures.

@hansovermars Do you mean your avatar in the game?

Are you using Facebook or a King account?

Could you also post your Game ID from the game? How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here.

Normally i play the game by facebook. Ofcourse I also have a King account. I tried to play by King account but the problems are the same.

That's not a valid Game ID I'm afraid. Can you double check that it's the correct number and also confirm that it's the avatar that keep switching?

I' sorry the right number is 9223082334. The right avatar must be the head of my dog not the whole dog.
