@Suzie_Q Hi and welcome are you playing the game through Facebook or the windows 10 app. If your playing through Facebook please clear your internet browser cache and restart your device, then see if it allows you to load the game. If not can you screenshot any error messages.

For windows 10 app please post ant error messages you may be receiving
