Envelope icon is missing. Cannot send lives.

I play candy crush on my computer through facebook. The envelope has disappeared from my screen so I can no longer receive or send lives to my friends? Please help.

@Charlie2020 Hi and welcome, Please see post below regarding your problem, there was a facebook issue that was causing problems but this now should be fixed
