Please how do I pass level 3988 because it's impossible to get 350000 points?

Hi and welcome to the community.
Yes there is an issue reported already on almost all the points level and a lot of players are suffering due to this issue. However our studios have informed us that the fix is on its way but the fix will reach to the updated game applications. So we request you to please log out, update your game application, restart your device and hopefully soon you will get the fix in your device.

As mentioned above the studio is aware of the issue with the scoring levels and are working on pushing out a fix to all players. Because of the complexity of the issue, the fix couldn't be sent to all players at the same time (different devices/software etc.). Please be patient and make sure your game is up to date with the latest version of the game and you should see a fix in your game in the near future.
Now that you have found the community - I encourage you to stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!

@Ahmadmajor Hi and welcome, As explained above the issue is known and is currently awaiting a fix. The fix is more than likely going to come in an update so please keep checking your app store for an update as the fix will be in this. When you do get the fix you will also need to make sure you restart your device so the fix reaches the game correctly.
Although we have no official news some people have reported they have received fixes so please do check you updates. If you have none it will be tomorrow the earliest that we here something regarding this due to it being the weekend
