I purchased the gold lamp at level 14, why did I not receive the extra rewards for the previous tiers? Seems like a waste of money since that’s the only reason I made the purchase.

Don't worry! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchases" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

@maredo17 Hi and welcome. Sorry to here you have had a problem with a purchase. Unfortunately the community does not deal with purchases as it contains your personnel information. For help resolving this please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
and they should help you with this

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
