Good Morning.

Because in level 3460 I have the impression, that it is impossible to reach the point target with the 19 moves,

even if all the popcorn color bombs have been triggered, no bomb has exploded and you have made a lot of striped and wrapped candies,

I searches for the level here in the community. And noticed that it has already been reported.

What's next now? How do I know that something has been changed? Does it suddenly just work again?

@CorinnaP Hi and welcome, there is an issue with the point scoring levels that has been reported to the game studios and we are awaiting a fix. Please keep an eye on your game updates as the fix is likely to be in one of these. You will also need to ensure you restart your device when update done to ensure fix reaches your game

If the level has been reported, an update will be carried out in the next few days. Check your game. Mobile in the Playstore and PC in the Microsoftstore.

Hi and welcome to the community.

Yes you need to keep your game up to date so that a fix might reach you. So just log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if the fix reaches you. If not then please have patience and it has started to reach to the players on different devices so hopefully it will reach to you also soon.

For scoring level a fix is on the way, but to be able to get the fix you need to make sure you have the latest update installed.

Please make sure the app is up to date and also force close the app and restart the device so the game restarts.
