If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Sometimes when we reinstall we need to play and complete a level to perfectly sync the recovery process.

So I’ve tried playing it and closing it. When it didn’t work, I played it again three times. But that didn’t work so I uninstalled the game and installed it again, and this time when I played a level and closed it again, I only recovered the three levels I did before I uninstalled the game. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, and I’m worried I may not get back my 6800 levels of plays.
@erwin01 Hi and welcome . Please do not worry we will get your levels restored. please see post below for help getting your levels restored
If you have any problems with this we can ask the CM to manually restore your levels, but he will not be back in work till Monday at earliest. So try the above and come back to use then if you have any problems.

I could find your game and see that it is saved to level 6888 on your Facebook, but your game hasn't been connected to your Facebook since 7 October.
Are you sure you connected the game to the correct Facebook account or that the game is properly connected to Facebook?

I opened the game again and I’ve tried connecting it to Facebook. It now shows my profile pic from my Facebook account (so I think it’s now properly connected?), but the game still only shows the 3 levels I’ve done since I’ve uninstalled it. I’m not quite sure what to do now.

Could try with reinstalling the game and also the Facebook app and see if it connects and gets the progress synced.
Delete the apps, restart the device, download the apps again. Then log in to Facebook, open the game and connect it to Facebook and see if the progress syncs.
Okay, so I’ve tried all that but it’s still the same somehow. I’ve synced the game with Facebook as well, but it’s still only showing the 3 levels I’ve done.
Also quick question, was I only supposed to do just 1 level after installing it again? Because I did 3, so I’m not sure if that also contributes to the problem.
