Hello @anitarivera1 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! As mentioned above, this is an ongoing issue for some people and the studio is working hard to get it fixed. Just make sure you keep your game updated to the latest version of the game, clear your cache and very few days turn your device off for at least 10-15 seconds. This will ehlpensure a smoother game experience.
Since you have found this community, I hope that you will stay and explore and spend some time with us. It is not only an opportunity to ask for help, but also to share opinions and ideas. There are also contests where you have an opportunity to win gold bars and badges and fun stories and games to read and play.
