@Sergio_Donna Hi and welcome, A fair few people are experiencing this problem at the moment and think is was mainly due to a Facebook platform update.
All i can suggest at the moment is to check you Facebook permission settings. go to Facebook settings , webs and apps and check all your game and notification settings are set to active
Hopefully this will solve your problem, or this issue will be resolved soon

Hello @Sergio_Donna and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! I am sorry to hear you are having this problem.
If it is connected with Facebook try this - log out of FB in your game, close your game and log out of FB, then de-install FB. Restart your device (but make sure it was turned off for 10-15 seconds), then re-install FB, open your game and reconnect to the game via FB and see if the issue has cleared up. You also want to make sure you have cleared your cache and that you have the latest version of the game.
