@balistic_ray Hi and welcome, Check your game is up to date and log out of your game and restart your device. then log back in and see if this solves your problem.
If not try disconnecting your wifi for around 30 seconds and then reconnect and then log in to the game

The error has not been reported by others to the Community but then, there always is a possibility of new bugs coming each day starting from individual level. The same just happened with you.
