Usually the game goes by the language/country that is already set on your device when you first set it up. You will need to go into your device settings and correct it there. For example, if you are playing with an Android device, here's a guide on how to change your Google Play country:
To change your country, you need to set up a new country in Google Play. To set up a new country, you must be in that country and have a payment method from the new country. (Information taken from Google Play Help)

You will need to make sure your device is set to the correct region / country and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your problem. If it does not there is nothing that can be done regarding getting the game to read the correct region from your device

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
