Missing Gold Bars

Hi,

I had 84 gold bars but now when I go into the app it’s showing I have 0 gold bars.

How do I get my gold bars back?

@StevieD79 Hi and welcome. Sorry to here this has happened to you but the community does not deal with gold bar issues.

Please email Player Support directly from the game and they should help you with this

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Missing items" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
