The event is over on sunday. Normally gold rush event reward is distributed on monday any time. So dont worry if you have completed the required task it will appear in your game today at any time.

Same problem here. I didn't receive the prize. I have contacted support 5 times already, and all I get are automated replies telling me to read the community forum.

I think this feature is not for everyone because same here.. Probably the prize is given to players selected randomly or if you are lucky

That is exactly what I have done. I always selected "Problems with my game" and then "prize not received", and all I get is automated answers telling me to post in the community. I could figure out on my own that that wouldn't help, but after five tries I decided to do it anyway.

How can we let anyone who can fix it know? I have submitted five requests for support, but I always get an automated answer to look at the community forum.

Did you get a ticket number? You should get a ticket number once you reply to the initial customer support email. If you have a ticket number you need to give it time for them to look into your issue.
