I hope the above answers must have helped. But can you please tell us what you mean by Resync your progress. Did you already sync the progress. If yes then can you explain your issue a little more so we can provide you more information on that.

@val258 Hi and welcome. You need to do this on a PC or you will not see settings
Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.
To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:
top right corner when you sign in you will see settings
click on this and you will see account and sync and progression
Please note you can only sync your device once and to on facebook account,
The lives issue is a known issue that is currently being investigated and we will update when we have any news on this
