@bridgebabe2305 Hi and welcome, There are many reasons why your inventory and lives can go missing if you are on playing via a mobile device a lot which are out of kings control but your levels and gold bars should be present if you have signed in with your existing account
The game gets changed to keep it current and to allow new features to be bought in to the game. sometimes you w3ill see levels with less moves but it can also work the other way round aswell

Why have you changed some of the game moves over the years? They have less moves and it seems to be impossible to achieve your goal.
If I was originally signed up on Facebook many years ago, how can my inventory get removed if I was disconnected from the game? Should it not still be there when I reconnect?
@bridgebabe2305 Hi and welcome, Some people were lucky enough to get the gold rush feature that offered 50 gold bars for finishing 80 levels in a week, but this was randomly selected people and also you can win gold through episode race but again if you have that feature
The easiest way to get gold is enter competitions in the community. we always have competitions to win gold bars for your game. you will find this on each forum and also the community page . This offers you to win gold bars for the game of you choice

Now a days gold bars are provided in the game in 2 events,
1. Episode Race.
2. Gold Rush.
Are you having episode race in your game. If yes then you have to get 1, 2 or 3rd position to get (5, 3, 1 ) gold bars respectively.
Gold Rush event comes time to time where you have to clear certain number of levels in the limited time to win the gold bars.
These features are assigned randomly to the players by the system. Always keep your game up to date to have a chance to find these features in your game.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
