why is loading game having problems ?? been happening for cpl weeks + getting annoying

either dosnt load or freezes its annoying

@jonesy76 Hi and welcome, try the standard troubleshooting tips, make sure your device and game are up to date , if playing via an internet browser clear your cache

and log out and restart your device. Then log back in and see if this solves your issue

Hi @jonesy76 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. Are you by any chance playing via Facebook? They made some changes recently which has caused some issues with the King games and it is still being worked out. You might try connecting via a king.com account. If you don't already have on it is easy enough to do - if you are playing on a PC just follow the instructions HERE and it goes on and tells you how to sync it with your FB account.

Also a brans new release just came out so make sure you have updated your game.
