For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game,
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

ℹ️ Upon successful completion of Level 8000, Players receive a congratulations message from King & one of each Booster type is rewarded freely.
🔺 Please note that the Game only recognizes your completion of a Level at the very end of the achievement. You should see a final confirmation message to recognize you've completed the Level & you must allow the confirmation message to show for the software to register it. This ensures that King's server -which stores your Player progression- can see it too (so you can play on another device, a new handset or you can uninstall & reinstall the Game without having to play the same Level twice). 🔺
- If you happen to switch Apps or close the Game before the completion confirmation displays, this can prevent your progress from being saved. To avoid this, you must allow the completion message to show.
- When in doubt, go back to the Game Map or open the next Level to make sure your hard work has been recognized & logged.

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prizes are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Yes some players have reported this. As mentioned above the missing rewards are only dealt by our player support as they can have the access to the required data. So if you can contact the player support (preferrably directly from the game settings). I hope they will take a quick action in your favour.
