Overcharged for packages?

Has anyone else been highly overcharged when purchasing packages? This morning I purchased 2 packages, one for $2.99 and one for $6.99 but it hit my bank for 14 and 19. I looked back over the past 2 months and it’s happened each time. Help!

    @nicolemonaco28 Hi and Welcome. sorry to here this has happened to you but the community does not deal with purchases as it contains your personnel information

    Please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

    or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

    Understood that you have been charged differently on the items that you purchased. Please check your purchase history and produce the receipt, the difference may be due to different currency during the transaction.

    For such transaction, you have to directly deal with the store for instance, Google Play store, iTunes, Amazon etc. and not King. Thus, please contact their customer service on this matter.

    Sounds like you play on an Apple device?

    Please note that Apple merges several purchases you made in all your games and apps in the same period into one big transaction instead of charging them separately. This means not only Candy Crush Saga and other King game purchases are merged. All purchases that have been made on all your devices where your Apple-ID is logged into.

    Please log in to your Apple-ID and check the purchase history and the receipts. On the receipt you find all purchases from the same period and also the total amount that is charged on your card.

    First check if this is an incorrect charge or if several purchases have been charged at the same time. If there are any errors, then contact Apple Support directly, but please first compare the total amount on the receipt with what you have been charged.
