I am having issues with my Candy Crush Saga through FB on my laptop. It does not happen on my phone

I am having issues with Candy Crush Saga through FB on my laptop. It takes a while to load. I cannot send lives or receive lives. When ever I log back in I still have five lives. I get the same Daily Treat each time. My other events stay the same with the exception of the Chocolate Box. I am at level 4418. This does not happen on my phone, tablet or desktop.

For sending and recieving lives, unfortunately we are having an issue which is already known to studios and they are working hard with facebook to fix these issues.

As far as chocolate booster is concerned. Please note that all the bonus events including chocolate box are not permanent part of the game and they are awarded to players randomly from the systems. These features are not available to all the players on all the devices. It is entirely possible that you are having one feature on one device and not on others.

Keep your game up to date to get best chances to have bonus features.

Something sticky is going on in the Facebook message system these days so many players aren't able to send or receive any lives.

This is being looked into by the Game Team and Facebook, and hopefully get fixed shortly.
