How do I change the frame I won?

I was notified in game that I received a town founder frame. It was purple stripe with some sort of bow or candy down at the bottom in the middle. I can't figure out how to change it and I have never seen the frame just change or become anything but simple gold. How do I change it or retrieve it?

What game are you playing? I've never heard of this in Candy Crush Saga. We have changing frames when we level up but that doesn't seem to fit your situation.

@buzzybee1990 , Hi and welcome, was this for candy crush saga or candy crush soda.

I believe the frame may have just been for the event but am not sure on this , if i know what game can tag someone with better knowledge of this feature as not one i have had in either game

This is for Soda version. And I think the event is over and I just got the notification like an hour ago. But I've never actually seen my frame change on it's own for any reason. Event, level or otherwise.

If you did all 3 weeks or 2 weeks or 1 week, in this feature, you would be awarded a different "Frame" for your avatar. Always, read Page 1 to understand what the thread or contest is about. Because a lot of the quests in this involved "New Levels", many players, like myself couldn't do it, because we are at the end of the game. So I got 3X's, was awarded only a "Yellow" frame around my avatar. But, for participating in this, I got "Badges" from the (CM) Community Managers. In "Soda" they are CM's @LadyRaffie & CM @Lola_Pop.

These are the two badges I got.

But, other players did "ALL" 3 weeks so got better "Frames" than me. Frames are for your avatar, badges for your King Community Profile. Don't think you can change your frame, get the one you won.
