I can’t seem to connect my game progress to my new phone
@jdietl Hi and welcome, You have lots of useful information above that should help get you progress on your new device, but she be as easy as signing in with the correct details and sometimes maybe playing a level to force it to sync to the server.
If none of the above works for you pleases see post below for help in getting your levels restored

Have you saved your progress through facebook or king account if yes then just login with the same user id and try to play and complete a level as sometimes it takes a little time to perfectly sync the progress.
If you dont have any user id then please let us know and we may advise you further.

Please check that your phone is connected with WiFi or data and that your internet connection is stable.
If you originally sign in the game with Facebook, pls make sure you download this app in your new device to enable you to sync your progress in the game properly.
Besides that, please ensure that you have signed in using the correct email or Facebook account.

hi there I lost all my rewards due to internet loss. I tried to close and open my app get back my connection and it’s all gone the only thing that was available was my galaxy I won the rewards by completing the daily 6 day task
