Understood that few of the events in your game has caused your game to close itself. Please be informed that events/challenges in the game is not a permanent feature and it is still being tested to certain group of players. Thus, it will disappear and re-appear from time to time and there may be slight glitches.
Whilst waiting for the events to be fixed, please continue playing the game and avoid watching the free ad so your game won't closes itself and cause further disruption in your game.
Also, please let us know the device model that you are using to play your game to enable us to diagnose the problem better.

I've read the previous message and noted that you are playing your game using a phone but no mention on the model.
Thus, it would be great if you can let me know the phone model you are using for e.g. Samsung Galaxy Pro, iPhone 11, etc. as this info will be useful for the game Studio in facilitating their investigation ๐๐
I already answered this, with all my information. I have no idea where the post has gone, but I cannot find it now. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Android version 9 no software updates available, no updates available on Play Store for CCS. Done all the things that have been suggested on here.
