How to send and receive lives?

when i try to receive or send lives i get an error message. I utilize a kindle fire. I have downloaded your app, not in facebook.

@martha_1949 Hi and welcome, can you screenshot the error message you are receiving would help to advise you better. There is an issue with sending and receiving lives if you have a Facebook game account and not king game account

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this.

Hi dear can you please tell us if you are not using facebook are you using king account to save your game progress. We highly recommend you to save your progress either of them. It will make sure that you can access your progress from any device and any time.

Also as asked by freddy please tell us what message you are getting while sending / recieving lives. Screenshot will be lot better.
