No rewards from level 8000?

I have reported many times n what I get is the standard auto reply. There is no human to answer my query but just the computerised auto reply . I have given a 1 star rating on their service n explain why . This is the worst service I come across !

In our group a lot of players didn't get the prize. Many of them after reporting to Customer Support they get the prize. Don't remember in the past when we pass the milestones were so many people that doesn't get the prize. In the last time there really is a growing amount of problems, it's because of less tests for new released levels in large quantities or is it intentional.

@Freddy-Falkner @aijazigbal I have tried every option on support page from my game and was not able to get any help. Just told to go back to community. They obviously don’t care. Thanks for trying.

@Momsy2 Hi again try the contact us below, there has to be options to get to customer support as the community cannot deal with various issues and this is the only way to contact customer support

I've had they same issue no rewards for completing level 8000,have reported like was told but just get an automated reply to report over and over again ,come on candy crush be fair to all players.

The players that didn't get the rewards on level 8000, will get it afterwards.

The Game Team is working on a fix and for those who missed the reward will get it added later on. Please keep the app updated and connected to your Facebook or King account and the rewards will pop up soon.

@cathyydi Hi and welcome, Our CM has put on here that everybody that did not get there rewards for this level will get them soon as the game studio is working on a fix for the issue. So hopefully you will see them soon
