Hi King community,
I've played Candy Crush in both my iPhone and iPad via Facebook profile. but starting from last week, the CandyCrush record didn't align between iPhone and iPad, iPhone was stayed in 4652 and iPad stayed in 4621. Then i try to uninstall/install CandyCrush on iPhone but tragedy happened, CandyCrush on my iPhone lost all the progress and started from 1....... I've tried to reinstall CandyCrush/Facebook on my iPhone for about 3-4 times but not get any progress resumed. Could you please help me? now I can just only play CandyCrush with the latest progress on my iPad instead of iPhone.

I hope you have tried the steps recommended by our Ms Kiara above.
Alternately, you may back up your game from iPad in iTunes and then sync it with your iPhone. I hope this method works for you. Other things to note:-

@oceanocean23 Hi and welcome, If you still have your levels on one device then this is a connection issue more than lost levels are you sure you are connecting to the right account ?. You would not have levels on one device if you had lost your levels. Please try uninstalling both facebook and candy crush app. then restart your device and reinstall only the candy crush app( not facebook ). Sign in to your account making sure you have the correct account. Then see if this syncs correctly if not try playing a level and see if it forces the sync. if this works then reinstall your facebook app
