Hi. Welcome to the sweet King community. I'm sorry you're having this problem. We had had it for some time, but it seemed to have resolved. Please test this way: When the error message appears, disconnect your internet connections (wifi, mobile data) Quit the game, wait a few minutes with the connections turned off. Go back in, now the message has to appear, since there really is no connection, then turn them on. If the game does not react at that moment, close it and reopen, this time without turning off the connections Hope it works 🙏🤞

Hi and welcome to the community.
The connection error is a very complex issue and unfortunately if you have done all the tips and not use then i think you have to go for Reinstallation of the game. But remember you will lose your boosters and lives. But your progress and goldbars will be recovered.
