Candy Crush comes up but freezes at log in.

I cannot get it to come up on my computer which is a mac. Can anyone help me I am just a little passed 2000

@carolynrose72 Hi and welcome. Please try clearing the cache of your internet browser and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

• Game freezing/crashing
• Game not connecting to Facebook
• Game has connected to the wrong Facebook account

Please check your operating system is fully up to date. If you are playing through game app please update it and restart it and try again. If playing through browser, check for browser uodates or you may try with another browser.

 if you are using Microsoft Edge for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera and vice versa. Our games support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox , Microsoft Edge and Opera.).
