If you have the Fantastic Five custom team feature in your game, you can create or join another team at any moment and say goodbye to the old team. However, if your game does not have custom features, you can contact our Player Support to return to Random team.
We suggest that you use the 'Help' feature on the app to get a quicker response.

@Patti-3 Hi and welcome, Once you have created a fantastic 5 team or joined one it is not possible to go back to random teams. all you can do is start or join another team. You could try turning the feature off for a few days to see if this forces you in to random groups but this is not guaranteed to work

Wow, that's disappointing! I have a suggestion...in the instructions on creating teams, they need to add: Once you create a team, you can not undo it. I feel it is very unfair to ppl like me that are curious as to how things work, to not be able to satisfy that curiosity and keep HANDS OFF! ☹
