🔺 If you have the game Facebook connected, don't forget to make sure that the Game has access to your Facebook Friends List since this permission will automatically expire from time to time. If the Game doesn't have the access all lives will stay blocked. Check HERE for more help on this.

Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it helps you.
There is some issue on facebook for sending and recieving lives. Our studios are working on it and hopefully soon it will be resolved.

Check if your Candy crush game is updated to the latest version and check if you have enough space of at least 2GB free on Storage or SD.
If done so try to log out and try restarting your device open game and log back in to the game. See if this helps.
