please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache
For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
The Video ads and free spin are bonus features they are not always guaranteed to be ii your game. They are given to groups of randomly selected players. So this just means you are not in those groups at present but you could be again in the future

@Freddy_Falkner has given you excellent advice. In addition to that, if you still are not receiving your gold bars, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
HOWEVER! This is a last resort because you will lose any boosters you have saved!
I had to do that recently and it fixed all of my game problems.
Please let us know if your problem with the missing gold has been resolved. If it hasn't, please take a screenshot of the game showing you won the gold bars, and then take another screenshot after you accept them. Please also include your plader ID. It can be found by double tapping/clicking on the King symbol on your profile page in the game.
