Don´t show me the celebration
Hi! I want to be part of the anniversary celebration of Candy Crush Saga, and I update the last version of the game in my cellphone, my account is connected to my Facebook and it still don´t show me the celebration, I want to win the 24 hours lives too and play the exclusive games for this event, how can I do it?, can you help me?, because my principal screen is like before and I know you changed it.

The celebrations are slow to come out on every bodies game. I was told we have until Nov. 9th to collect the 24 hour lives. If you’re playing on a PC it might not happen at all. Just keep your eyes open until the 9th and then come back for help if you don’t have it then. 👍

Check if your Candy crush game is updated to the latest version and check if you have enough space of at least 2GB free on Storage or SD. Sometimes these events are tested only for a few players and not all may have access to it. Try doing these steps given below and see it helps.
If done so try to log out and try restarting your device open game and log back in to the game. See if this helps.

@Briana57 Hi and welcome the 24 hour unlimited lives was for national candy and this has now passed so apologies if you did not get this but is no longer available
The candyversary celebrations are a bonus feature so they are not guaranteed to be in you game. Bonus features are given to groups of randomly selected players. So this just means your not in that group at present but you could be n the future.
To make sure you are getting the features available to you regularly check your game for updates and log out and restart your device. and log back in. this will ensure your game is running the best it can
