Why does it not give me mu extra lives, it only gives me 1 maybe 2 and i usually have 5 or 6?

Everytime I try to accept my extra lives others send me, it never gives me the right amount if it gives me any at all i usually have 5 or 6 and i may get 1 or 2, I am really loosing my patients as well as my lives.

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

Very sorry about that but currently we are facing this issue with facebook for send/recieve lives. We are hoping that soon studios will resolve this issue.

Your statement is a bit confusing. May I know whether you are saying you usually have 5 or 6 lives when you start your game and receives 1 or 2 lives from friends and when you accepted these lives, it was not credited to the 5 or 6 lives you have? If this is correct, please be informed that in the game, your maximum lives are capped at 5 and 6 if you have won gold/diamond trophy in an episode. Accepting lives from friends will not add on to this capped amount but it will be kept in your mailbox for you to be used when you lose a life.

If my understanding is incorrect, please refer to Ms Kiara or Mr Aijaziqbal's reply.
