All of a sudden there are no mor3 levels to play? What happened? They are still on my phone but have disappeared from my I-pad? It says “new levels are coming soon” but it has said that for a week?
@SandiB888 Hi again if your game is at the end of the map and you have not done all these levels . it will be your game has become corrupt and you will need to uninstall and reinstall but as this is a mobile device you will lose ant stored boosters or lives on your ipad
If you take a screenshot of your ipad game and post it here i can confirm this or not

I was on level 3372 and now there are no more levels to play? The additional levels appear on my phone but not my I-pad.

Besides the abovementioned answers, I wish to point out that you can claim your badge here for reaching the final level of the game. Otherwise, please counter check the level as per the info provided by Ms Kiara. I think the next release of new levels will be on 11 November 2020.
Just stay tune and check that your app is the latest version so that you won't missed out the new levels. Also, please ensure that your app is back up in iTunes.

@SandiB888 Hi and welcome i am not quite understanding your statement . do you mean you ipad is on the last level and it should not be and you should still have levels to play. Is your error something like below

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
I have tried to solve level 16399 for weeks now. Videos are totally different than the game. How can this level be solved?
Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
