You have mentioned that you are playing all your games via laptop and not able to log into King.com with your email and password.
First thing is to ensure that you have logged in with the correct email and password and also check the message that appears after you've entered your email and password. If it states incorrect email or password, try to click on the "recover my password" and enter your email address. Once the message prompts that the password has been sent to that email, you may retrieve the email and reset your password.
Otherwise, you may contact King's Support by clicking on the "contact us" at the bottom of this page.

@Lynelou Hi and welcome, Sounds like you might have the connection error as displayed but @Sukanta_Biswas unfortunately if this is the case the only option at present is to uninstall and reinstall but if you play vis a mobile device you will lose all boosters and lives.
Have you the option or tried logging in to your account on a different device ?
